Creating Unique Partnerships & Collaborations

Cultural Collaborative Jamaica (CCJ) is dedicated to enhancing cultural and economic development in Southeast Queens by uniting artists, educators, cultural organizations, and local businesses. By forging innovative partnerships, CCJ harnesses the power of the arts as a driving force for synergy and meaningful change.

What We Do

Cultural Collaborative Jamaica (CCJ) brings together artists, cultural organizations, businesses, and educators to drive community and economic development in Jamaica, Queens. Recognized as a “cultural engine,” Through signature programs like the Jamaica Arts & Music Summer (JAMS) Festival, Arts in the Parks, and Holidays on the Avenue—along with artist workshops & the upcoming Cultural Café—that expand access to the arts, support local talent, and promote cultural tourism.

Jamaica Arts & Music Summer (JAMS) Festival

— A two-day annual celebration on the first weekend in August.
